Need for clarification -
Do the rules for web content and "direct data entry" apply ONLY to providers, as
stated in 162.923(b) implies, OR, if we provide a website for employer groups to do
enrollment/disenrollment and premium payments, does this fall under the "Transaction
Code Set" content rule for the web?
