YIKES!! I had no idea that the 2440 loop ("additional supporting 
information") was not in the underlying X12 standard.  Vision is "eyeing" 
(excuse the pun) this loop to provide additional identifying information 
about eyewear products.  (perhaps this explains some of the controversy 
around this useful-looking part of the claim)
