I often see comments that Medicare is going to stop accepting paper claims in October, 2003. However, I don't remember seeing anything official from CMS. Has Medicare released official correspondence to that effect? Could anyone provide me with additional information on where I could locate specifics. I'm particularly interested in whether the paper prohibition effects all claims - primary/secondary/tertiary.
