Suggestion: Sort e-mail on name; highlight all e-mail for names in
question; and delete all related e-mail. This worked for me using Lotus
Notes.

I do not feel that individuals that are on the list should use the "Out of
Office" feature! I had over 150 "Out of the Office" messages having missed
work on Friday. Maybe the transactions group needs to set up some
limitations of the listserv?
