Title: 276 - Inst vs Prof

I have a question about Medicare differentiating between a 276 request for a professional vs an institutional claim.  How will it know the

difference?  Separate transaction types are used for the 837-I and 837-P, but the 276 has only one type.  Any ideas?
  Thanks for any input!
