Fred -- The UB02 is being worked on by the National Uniform Billing Committee (NUBC). As a member of the committee, I can tell you that this work is in progress, and it is our hope to be close to a draft version of this form becoming available out of our August meeting. There is still some work to do on it, though, so it may be later.
If you have specific questions about the form and/or status, I suggest you contact the NUBC Chair, George Arges, or Secretary, Todd Omundson. Their contact information is available at www.NUBC.org. Also, the NUBC meetings are open to the public for those who register in advance. Our next meeting is August 6-7, 2002 in Baltimore, MD.
