The Claim Attachment transaction (275) is at present only in draft form - it is not part of the HIPAA TCS Final Rule of August 2000, therefore it does not yet have the rule of federal law - if NJ Medicaid will be "in compliance" by October 2003, they'll do so independent of the HIPAA requirements...
