OK, I have reviewed SNIP Whitepaper on DDE and see the reference on page 10 (section 8.4) that refers to computer simulated data entry not permitted through DDE.
We have a system that takes our UB92 print image (obviously this will change) as the input file to populate the payer's system via a scripting tool. The print image is not leaving our billing office for reformatting. Our staff logs into the payor system and then "kicks off" the scripting program. I Has this become unallowable?
