There are several instances in the 835 IG where it tells you to echo back what was received on the 837. In some of these cases, the allowed codes for the 837 do not match those allowed for the corresponding field on the 835, making it impossible to echo back what was received without creating a non-compliant 835. Can anyone share how they are handling this for the following cases?
1) 835 CLP06 and the 837 SBR09 2-005. This is the Claim Filing Indicator Code. 2) 835 2100/REF01 and the 837 REF01 (2310B for professional). This is the Rendering Provider Secondary ID. Thanks.
