So you don't actually know who wrote the code?
Even though the code refers to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" you
have to ask me if I wrote the code?

And why would my comments be appreciated if I had written the code,
yet apparently not appreciated if I didn't write the code?

Is my pointing out that iso13818-1 (and even the older iso11172-1)
specifies a range of 0xe0-0xef somehow more valid if I wrote
the code?

Please!
