Could someone who knows evaluate the wiki doc bug in the attached email and either make the change or tell me what change should be made?

On the Video4linux_Examples page, the NTSC example has '-f 24.0,1' which is referenced as setting the framerate to 23.976 fps (NTSC). Since the example is for capturing video through a v4l interface, this means that the framerate that is being fed in will actually be 29.97, which is presumably '-f 30.0,1'... not 100% certain, that's why I'm reading the page in the first place :-) I'm guessing the 23.976 came from the NTSC Telecine information somehow.
