     This has been true since ages ago in CVS HEAD.  Now you always get
the filename you specify with -o/-m, nothing more, nothing less.  --ext
is likewise gone (actually it'll be treated as an abbreviation for
--extract_track, i.e. -a).

     Mea culpa.  I forgot to set a (bizarrely-named) flag in the -m
handler to activate the separate audio file.  It's fixed now, thanks for
the report.

     While I'm here, let me mention that 51.15.0 will make transcode
crash and burn, just in case anyone else recently upgraded FFmpeg and
discovered that all of a sudden they couldn't transcode anymore ;)
