[transcode-devel] Missing file in CVS?

I just checked out CVS last night and tried to build. It seems that the 
file "filter/filter_clone.c" is wanted by filter/Makefile, but is missing.
Am I doing something wrong here? It seems to be a build killer since at 
least the first of the month.
