Not at the moment, I'm afraid. (Unless directory handling is back--
Francesco, did anything ever happen with that?) For now, you'll have to
work around it by stripping file headers from the second and subsequent
files and concatenating them, e.g. something like:
$ (cat file1.nuv; tail -c+73 file2.nuv file3.nuv) >all.nuv
$ transcode -i all.nuv [other options]
