4. ImageMagick 6.3.x with HDR broke our modules

Seems fixed, eventually, by switching to MagickWand API.

Looks like we're ready for branching, at last.

If nothing new comes out, nor anyone objects, I'll create the new
branch this weekend,
probably sunday morning around 1:00 PM (GMT+2).
After this, it's time to get serious with bug-hunting.

1.0.4rc1 is on the way too. I expect maybe just one or two more RC
before to release 1.0.4.

Quick release plan:
alpha cycle:
spans from branching CVS to fix all known (and fixable) bugs and regressions.
On this phase, code is still not recommended for everyday user.
beta cycle:
start to spread the word and encourage users to try and test new release.
On this phase main frontends (dvd::rip, k3b, anyone else) are expected
to catch-up the changes. On this phase I'll write and review docs (the
more that is possible)
a few RC releases:
everything freezed except for fixes, I'll correct the obvious expected typos...
final release:
Hoorah! :)

Andrew, if all this stuff looks sane to you give me a knock, otherwise
don't hesitate to point
out problems. Code reviews (also from everyone interested) are very
warmly welcome as well.

Bests,
