This is the final version of transcode 1.0.4.
We are roughly two weeks late from official schedule due
to a burst of real life work. Sorry for delay.

Changes since last RC:

- avoid crash 'n' burn (segfaulting) when invalid xml input (i.e. a block
device)
  is given to tcxmlcheck.

This release has a few known issue still under investigation:
- 23.97 fps MPEGs are sometimes misdetected as 29.97 fps.
- segfault and crash with some DV files (still under investigation, can be the
  old YUY2/YV12 problem) - issue #0000033
- sporadic corruption/artifacts with ffmpeg import module (issue #0000031)
- compilation fails using some CFLAGS (-fforce-addr)
  see http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=189910

Upgrade is recommended for everyone.
