This is the final version of transcode 1.0.5;
I'm sorry for the delay on the announced schedule.

Changes since last RC are just a copyright year bump (2007->2008).

This release is expected to compile (and work, of course ;) ) cleanly
on: x86, x86_64.

Changes since 1.0.4:
- Speedup patches for tcxpm2rgb;
  courtesy of Alex Krasnov - akrasnov at eecs dot berkeley dot edu.
- Updates to export_ffmpeg module, most notably fixing buffering
  when RGB colorspace is used.
- Silence tc_memcpy message, now it is shown just once.
- Improve libmpeg3 detection using pkg-config;
  patch courtesy of Nicolas (kwizart) - kwizart at gmail dot com.
- NUV is expected to work only on x86 platform; otherwise, it works
  thanks a significant amount of luck. Enforce this constraint using
  a ./configure check.
- Backport buffer allocation code from 1.1.0/HEAD branches.
  This is expected to solve a nasty latent segfault on export_dv and
  export_dvraw modules.
- Internal enhancements in export_ffmpeg module:
  - h264 encoding work again with newer libavcodecs.
  - do not mangle output file name if mpeg1/2 codec is selected and
    output is directed to /dev/null.
- important avilib fix: proper index structure intialization.
  Avoid some nasty segfaults when closing file, even (only?) in read-only mode.
  pointed out and patched by Vadim Druzhin <vadim at bochvar dot ru>
- fame initialization fixes (properly initialize internal structure).
  pointed out and patched by
  Kelly Anderson <kelly at slackwarelinux dot kick-ass dot net>
- use v4 ioctls in import modules. Should be fully backward-compatible.
  Please report regresions.
  pointed out and patched by Patch courtesy of Y. K. <cesium2 at gmail dot com>.
