Hi,

transcode(1) manpage is HUGE. I've seen enough users complaining. As
consequence, too much people do not read it, and it is hard to mantain.
Moreover, modules documentation can be (mostly) autogenerated, but isn't
trivial to merge it into the whole beast.

So, my proposal is the following:
to split transcode(1) in four parts:
 - transcode(1), documenting core options
 - transcode_import_modules(1), documenting import modules, options,
   gotchas and quirks
 - transcode_filter_modules(1), same as above for filters
 - transcode_export_modules(1), same as above for export modules
(any suggestion for better naming scheme is warmly welcome)

In the long shot, import(1) will contain docs for BOTH demuxers and
decoders, and export(1) will contain docs for BOTH encoders and muxers.

Finally, I plan to improve or write scripts to automatically produce
at least skeletons of module-related manpages.

This is my plan for upcoming week; if anyone doesn't object anything,
expect commits next weekends.

Any comment is welcome.

PS: this will affect transcode 1.1.0 beta1 and of course HEAD as well.
