Hi Does anyone know if VCDs are interlaced?
I'd think so because VCD are invented to replace VHS, and progressive video are recent terms, but I'm really not sure. please comment. thanks PS. All DVDs, no matter PAL or NTSC formats, are all interlaced, correct?
