Hello Group, I use transcode 1.02 on Debian Etch. I try to encode a VOBs from a DVD, allready on the Harddisk, to xvid. I have the Problem that whatever I do I won't get the subtitles. If I watch the VOBs with xine the subtitle-channel is 2 so -J extsub=2:0:0:0:0:0:0:2:3 should do fine? Right?
Here is the command I execute: transcode -a 0 -x vob -i /home/pfitzner/dvd_temp/SALO/VIDEO_TS -w 855 -b 128,0,0 --a52_drc_off -I 1 -f 25 -j 48,0 -B 4,0 -Y 24,0 -J extsub=2:0:0:0:0:0:0:2:3 -E 44100,16,2 -y xvid4 -o /home/pfitzner/dvd_temp/Salo.avi Here is the pouput of transcode: ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' Audio: using new version tc_memcpy: using sse for memcpy Audio: using lame-3.96.1 [decode_mpeg2.c] libmpeg2 0.4.0b loop decoder [decode_mpeg2.c] libmpeg2 acceleration: mmxext [encoder.c] Delaying audio (0) (subtitle_buffer.c) reading subtitle header string (0) failed - end of stream encoding frames [000000-014415], 17.05 fps, EMT: 0:09:36, ( 0| 0| 9) [transcode] (sighandler) SIGINT received encoding frames [000000-014416], 17.05 fps, EMT: 0:09:36, ( 0| 0| 9) ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' The (subtitle_buffer.c) Line makes me wondering, but I didn#t find anything with google. Maybe someone could help me out, I wan't to understand what I did do wrong. Thanks Ben Pfitzner -- GMX DSL-Flatrate 0,- Euro* - Überall, wo DSL verfügbar ist!
