It was intentional. During 1.1.0 cycle, we've removed a fair number of modules that duplicates functionality of other ones, or that looked just unused, in order to improve mantenability of codebase. export_pcm was dropped on this process. Of course, this choice isn't written in stone, and if there are valid use-cases for some dropped modules, I'll restore them quickly. The man page for transcode lists --a52_demux, OK, this is in an inconcistency, so we have some choices: 1. kill a52_demux (or rename or rephrase the manpage) 2. restore export_pcm 3. investigate for alternatives :) After a quick inspection, and considered that the Big Plan is still to put 1.1.0 out as soon as is possible, I'lll go the way #2, as expected.
