I'm having exactly the same problem. I've tried using the masked versions of transcode and ffmpeg to see if the problem would go away but it doesn't want to. It seems as if a library somewhere isn't being included or something. I can use ffmpeg at the command-line to encode h264 video fine, however trying to get transcode to use ffmpeg to encode dies with it unable to find an ffmpeg codec for h264. Shawn
