This is the battle plan:
1. 1.1.x branch will be fixed first since it is in overall much better
shape with respect to 1.0.x.
I'll backport the most fixes as is possible to 1.0.x, anyway, and
they will be part of 1.0.6
release (HEAD will of course receive the full patchset ported from 1.1.x)
2. The final objective is to make 1.1.0-alpha7 capable of perform in a
single step the task object of
this thread.
3. First, I'll fix import module and YUY2->I420 conversion
4. filter_logo fixes, if needed, will follow
