I believe it's a British spelling versus an American spelling of the
word. Same goes for humour and humor and a few other words. I'd
suggest that you pick one form and stick with it to be consistent.

It actually is amusing that somebody is noticing these issues. I've
gotten so used to seeing software that includes bad spelling and/or
grammar that I don't even bother. Of course, it is very helpful to be
able to understand the instructions and documentation. ;-)
