Almost any v4l device that I'm aware of delivers uncompressed, PCM
audio.
So, please try (not in any particular order)
-x v4l,v4l
-x v4l,oss
-x v4l,raw

>                 -x v4l,ac3 \

this expect the audio in ac3 compressed format, it will hardly work.
