<offtopic> Allow me to differ, because I've found through many years of experience that top posting can actually be more efficient when list traffic is low enough that there's little concern of confusing threads, and in fact I explicitly preferred top posting for simple replies on the lists I ran. On _this_ list, it's established that top posting isn't acceptable, but the Internet has changed greatly since the days of RFC 1855, and while the overarching principles of politeness still apply, the specific guidelines laid out in that RFC aren't always appropriate in the modern environment. </offtopic> --Andrew Church achu...@achurch.org http://achurch.org/
