This clean up a lot of the little things that need to be done to get
some bigger things in play, and get some aggregate functions etc in
TQL, that have been needed for a while.

extensions, and also inheritance.

I'm currently working on the Flex pieces at the moment to allow for
lazy loading of collections in Flex, and seamless integration.
