continuation (mistaken pressed send button)

The 1st message is a snapshot of my transfer.xml.
A record in applications table can have many records in
fcrec_researchers table.
When I do a basic TQL (via this function and ONLY user_id was
supplied) on my applications table, I'm getting this error:

18:41:12.012 - Database Exception - in /Volumes/vill0042-osx/Documents/
work/htdocs/flinders/webapps/edss/transfer/com/sql/
QueryExecution.cfc : line 83
Error Executing Database Query.

no other error is displayed. If I remove the one-to-many relationship,
the error disappears.
Any ideas on how to configure my transfer.xml correctly? I'm using
oracle as my DB.
