If you know some scripting language, it won't be too difficult. To
generate the password hash, you can use one of the following:

python: 

def md5hexdigest(text):
  if isinstance(text, unicode): text = text.encode('utf8')
  return md5.md5(text).hexdigest()


bash:
echo -n $password | md5sum

Just take care to specify the other fields as well. You'll need 
 * activated
 * email
 * name
 * passwordhash

Remember to do the indentation like pootle does.
