The translations are safe, we made backups on David's machine. David - they're still there? Currently we're only using pootle.wordforge.org to focus on projects that are WordForge specific. We're not likely to host AbiWord again. My suggestion would be to contact the AbiWord developers and ask if they would be happy to host a copy of Pootle.
