Hi list

Sorry for the crosspost, but most of this is relevant to both the pootle
and -devel lists.

Here is a short summary of my work in the last while. Sorry for not
reporting for a while.

Terminology matching has been improved a bit. It should now handle a few
simple extras such as recognising the term "category" in a message such
as "Edit categories". With large term bases, there are sometimes more
results that are not so useful. If someone wants to help in improving
this, it should be an intersting problem to work on.

Pootle: The site description and project descriptions can now contain
html to allow admins to link to external sites for coordination (mailing
list, wiki, etc.)

I merged contributions by Charl van Niekerk, Djihed Afifi, the offline
editor programmers - most of these discussed on the relevant lists.

Pootle: Some presentation fixes, like the layout of admin pages on small
screens should now be better. The fixes for the Asian scripts are not
yet commited - I would appreciate feedback on this.

Work continues to improve the translate toolkit to make our move to
XLIFF possible. XLIFF files created from PO files should now have better
support for the PO header (which is stored in the first translation unit
in the XLIFF file). Generally the reusability of the code should
continue to improve. The mini roadmap for the XLIFF work is at
http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/friedel/xliff
(I apologise: I realise it is very economical on words.)
