Pootle uses all of those directly.  PyLucene is optional though, but
does speed up searching.  Apache is not really used by Pootle  - Apache
can be set up to proxy Pootle, so the relationship is a bit different.
If I'm not mistaken, jToolkit can do mod_python stuff, but I'm talking
outside my experience now.
