Oops! I poked the wrong place, sorry. Your fix is still necessary, but the
real bad boy that caused the error was in Pootle/pootlefile.py.
pootlefile.py:503: po_revision_date = time.strftime("%F %H:%M%z")
Also, it has "%F" format string, and I can't figure out it's meaning.
