Not really, I only worked on it yesterday a bit, but perhaps we should
also summarise it in bugzilla for future reference.

To reproduce it, create some goals[1] and move the files to them. Make
sure your project has a deep directory structure (at least two
subdirectory levels inside the language[2]). You'll see that the
behaviour is not 100% consistent with Unix as the files don't seem to
really get moved. I only spent some time on it, so I hope I'm describing
it well enough.
