Hi Zsolt Pootle won't automatically translate the other occurrences for you. You could add the word to the terminology project so that Pootle reminds you each time, or you can try to update the translation memory from time to time. Another possibility is to build a compendium (translation memory) and update the files periodically on the server based on the newer compendium. Most of this would require some help from your Pootle administrator. I don't know if you are the administrator of the server you are working at.
