Thank you Timur, and congratulations! I found the reason why Kyrgyz was
not showing on the login page. It is a small bug that I just fixed. It
will be corrected in the next versions of Pootle. It should be fixed
later today as soon as somebody can restart the server.

I added Kyrgyz to the terminology project. You can translate the file
there, but you can might want to upload other PO files - we can see how
this can be most useful in the long term.

The language names are translated through the "iso-codes" project. It is
based at Debian, and you can find more information here:
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/source/iso-codes
You might even be able to translate this on the Debian Pootle server.
Here are the Russian files, for example:
http://i18n.debian.net:8080/ru/di/level2/iso-codes/
Kyrgyz is not yet added to that server. I think somebody from Debian
might be on this mailing list and might be able to give further
directions.

After you provided some translations for iso-codes (and they are
accepted by the upstream package), you can just notify this list, and we
can try to update the copy on the server.

Thank you again for your translation!

Keep well
Friedel
