This patch is really tiny, so not having it on Bugzilla doesn't bother
me :).

In setup.py in svn head, translate.misc.typecheck is not referred-to.
So it doesn't get installed when one does 'python setup.py install'.
This patch (attached) against setup.py fixes that problem. (If simple
patches like this should get Bugzilla entries, let me know, but
otherwise I'll submit them here. By all means tell me what the
etiquette is.)
