In Pootle/potree.py, there is the function canonicalpath() that expands
path names from the configuration. This is used to post-process
Pootle.podirectory in particular.
I wondered: Would y'all accept a patch that allowed one to use paths that
begin with ~/ in them? I keep two users on my system that have Pootle
installs so I can play with different changes to Pootle; it would be nice
to be able to use the same config file, and still keep separate their PO
directories.
So, I'm curious: would you entertain a patch to add os.expanduser() to
that canonicalpath()? If so I can quickly write it up.
