The first warning about sre/re is quite harmless, and should disappear in the next version of Pootle. The warning about Python-Levenshtein seems to be a packaging bug in Ubuntu. The Python-Levensthein package is optional, but the server prints the warning that some operations will be slower. Your server should work fine.
