I'll wait for Friedel to come give a final answer, but as far as I know,
the Pootle 1.1 and 1.2 translations on the Locamotion server are the
"official" ones. Pootle 1.2 is 100% translated into Turkish and 1.1 is
about 90% translated. The Terminology list is also 100% translated,
but the Pootle User Guide can do with some work. I'm not sure what the
official answer is about whether you should do work on the User Guide's
translation, though.

Very few (less than 100) changes were made to the Turkish translation of
Pootle's GUI on the Locamotion server in 2008/9, and most of them were
in August 2008. The translators who submitted content were Devrim
Celik, Burak Pehlivan, Zeki Ilker Dogan and Rail Aliev.

I'll wait for Friedel to give more information later this week.
