Hallo Tamara I'm not aware of somebody who has done that with the current releases, but it might be possible with the upcoming release. I'm not sure exactly what the environment on SourceForge will allow (Pootle will need Python support, for example), but hopefully we can make it work. You can help by trying out the second beta that was announced on the list a few days ago. It might already be a good part along the way.
