The content of the registration email is in the code, so that is where it will have to be changed. Keep in mind that any change to this text will make it appear in English for all the users, whereas the current message uses the language of the interface when the user registers. Many web based registration sends the password over the internet; sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. Once again you will have to look at the code to take it out of the message. If you have the setting "baseurl" configured correctly in your pootle.prefs, it will automatically add an activation link. I hope that helps.
