The currently released versions do not yet have the ability to delete
the files through the web interface. The best way is to delete the file
from the server, and restart the server as soon as possible. In some
cases a restart won't be required, but it is a bit hard to determine
when it will be necessary and when it won't be, so the best is to just
restart the server after doing this.
To delete a goal, the best is to edit the .prefs file in the directory
of your project/language combination. In other words, something like
this:
po/{projectcode}/{languagecode}/pootle-{projectcode}-{languagecode}.prefs
You will see a section labed "goals:" and in there an indented list of
each of the goals, with the details for each (the files and users of the
goal). Just delete the line with the goal name and the indented lines
with the details for that goal. In this case it will almost definitely
be necessary to restart the server.
