Hi.

When you convert po files to dtd (Mozilla), po2dtd tries to change the
case of the accesskeys in applytranslation, so the case of the translated
accesskeys may not be preserved (depends on en-US?).

I'm sure that this has been done for some reason, but IMO in some
situations it may brake the final files (just like in my situation).

When you try to uppercase Turkish dotless i "ı" you get "I", but if you
lowercase it again without locale dependent lowercasing you get "i".

I patched po2dtd, so now it doesn't lowercase/uppercase accesskeys, and
waiting for nightly build to see the result. :)

So, the main question is "Should we change the case of translated
accesskeys at all?"
