Thank you for the feedback, Sayamindu.

The new Pootle will allow site administrators to assign admin
permissions to certain accounts for a whole language. That would mean
that such accounts then have admin rights for all projects in that
language. Is that what you are looking for? Or is the fine-grained
permissions very different in different projects in your case?
