Today the Translate team released version 0.5.1 of Virtaal. Virtaal is a 
translation program with features to help translators increase 
translation quality and have fun.

This work was made possible by many volunteers and our funders:
- ANLoc, funded by IDRC http://africanlocalisation.net/

This is a minor maintenance release.

Highlighted improvements
========================
* Fixed URI-handling bug for opening files.
* Fixed virtaal_stdout.txt and virtaal_stderr.txt files created on Windows.
* New AutoCorrect data for Ukranian.
* New translations: Chinese (Taiwan) and Lithuanian.
