If you deleted the 'Templates' language, just go to the languages' 
administration page[1], and add it (code is 'templates', and plural 
number 'Unknown').

Now you can go to your project's administration page[2] and the dropdown 
should give you the option to add 'Templates' as a language for your 
project.
