As they are tab-delimited, OmegaT files also open nicely in MSExcel and I used my familiarity with that to rapidly build it into a PO format by adding indexing columns, some copy/paste, using the sort command, and the concatenate function to add in missing pieces like msgid/msgstr and quotes. I've twisted MSExcel's arm to do tricks like this for a long time and it was not too painful for me. I thought it best to ask if there was something I was just missing when I reviewed Translate Toolkit. FYI, the Mozilla Glossaries do make a reasonable seed set for Terminology in those langs where they are available.
