Hi David Creating a POT file is maybe easiest with csv2po from the Translate Toolkit. Here is some more information: http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/toolkit/csv2po I'm not aware of a really easy way to do images. Translating them is already hard. The Damned Lies platform used in GNOME does provide a bit of help to keep track of which images are translated, but I think it might be too specific to the way images are handled in GNOME documentation.
