It's actually a fresh install with no customizations at all.  I've tried
logging out and back in but that doesn't fix the issue.  I have another
instance of pootle for the PC-BSD project that also has the same issue
as the FreeNAS instance, although I set them both up, so if it's user
error in the setup I guess it's not surprising they both have the same
issue.  The PCBSD instance is not new, it's been around since the 1.x
days of pootle, although I think this install dates from the 2.0.x days.
